Orders
- Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different dates.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the day the order is placed if it’s in stock.
- If we do not carry in stock, we will contact you to let you know the expected shipping date.
- Your credit card will not be charged until the estimated shipping date is confirmed by BeneBebe.com and You may be contacted by a customer service representative for verification purposes or if there are any issues with your order
- We reserve the right to cancel or not ship your order at any time for any reason (ex, unable to fulfill your order for any reason, errors in the description or price on the product, fraud or unauthorized transaction is suspected)
Shipping
Bene Bebe only ship orders to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Bene Bebe does not ship internationally and, therefore, can not be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US.
- We offer free Ground shipping on all US orders over $60. A flat fee of $7.99 is charged on orders under $59.99.
- In an effort to protect our customers, all orders over $250 will be shipped signature required.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number
- All orders are subjected to item availability and method of payment verification. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you.
- Once the order is prepared to be shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed or you can’t cancel the orders. If you want to cancel the orders, you will be charged all handling fee and shipping expense.
- All refused shipments are considered returns and are subject to shipping charges.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary concern at Bene Bebe. We will gladly accept, any returns on new merchandise 30 days from the date you receive your order as long as you follow our return guidelines.
Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
You will receive a full refund minus our shipping costs, and (when applicable) 30% restocking fee
All refunds are subject to final approval from our return department and will be refunded to the original form of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be issued before the return process is completed.
Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return.
We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, mattresses/pillows/pillow & changing pad covers and undergarments.
Bene Bebe does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received.
Please send your prepaid label requests to info.benebebe@gmail.com, be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days with the shipping costs.
Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or insured parcel post for return shipments.
Additionally we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records.

Please note that it may take 10 - 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or store credit to be issued.
(Broken or Defective item)
Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage, please contact us at info.benebebe@gmail.com to report the damage and DO NOT use the product.
You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please describe the situation in detail and provide pictures of the box/item so we can assess the situation.
Defective products are rare and can be exchanged for the same new product or returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise that includes a Manufacturer Warranty is not returnable after it's been unpackaged and used, but will be covered by the Manufacturer Warranty Service. Please contact the manufacturer directly for these items.
Manufacturer Warranty
Strollers, car seats, high chairs, bouncers, mattresses, play yards and electronics items come with its own Manufacturer Warranty. It is required for us by the manufacturer that all claims or issues with a product be processed though the manufacture’s claim and warranty department. Each manufacturer has its own warranty and you will be able to find it on the manufacturer’s website. The warranty will cover you in the event of any damages or broken parts, starting from the date of purchase.
It is important that that you register your product as soon as you get it. By doing this you will ensure that you are covered and will also be able to receive support from the manufacturer in case you have any questions.
Please note that because Manufacturer Warranty Service is included when you buy and register your stroller, car seat, high chair, bouncer, mattress, play yard and electronics items, we do not accept returns on any of these used items.
